Recruiter Experience
While working at The Goat company i have to fullfil target applicant with a CV that had the appropriate criteria for the candidate, while the target set was 20 applicants in a day, apart from looking for candidates, I also made an application poster that was uploaded to my personal social media account, post a job offering personal linkedin, scanning the cv qualification, I also had to follow up the candidates contact to inquire about their availability for interviews, and provide the appropriate cv report to the recruiter supervisor.
My results are quite satisfactory, getting 20 candidates in a day by using tricks to reach candidates through relations to relations in the field being searched for, I also find out a group or community in certain fields such as if I have to get 20 candidates front end engineers in one day, then I will look for a suitable scope in that field such as the community Bangkit, I make connections and contact some of them who have the criteria we need and when they receive our offering or not, we convey to them to also share information about the jobs that we are offering
